Management Accountant

We are seeking for a full time a Management Accountant to join our Financial Management team at Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust., To support the Financial Management function in the provision of comprehensive, high-quality financial support across the Trust to the Service Management teams, individual budget holders, and other relevant stakeholders.

Support the Senior Finance Manager and other members of the Financial Management team in the full range of their duties, and to deputise when required.

The Finance team is a dynamic and vibrant group aligned with the Trust's objectives of delivering world-class services that are value for money. The team supports individual growth and development, fostering a professional learning environment and providing support for those pursuing professional accounting qualifications.

This role is pivotal in helping the Finance team achieve its objectives and will be situated within the Financial Management team.

The team's core functions are divided into Financial Management, Procurement, and Financial Accounting. General ledger functions are outsourced to NHS Shared Business Services (SBS).
