As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in preparing full management accounts, analyzing variances, and supporting the financial performance of the care homes within your area of the business., As a Management Accountant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on preparing full management accounts for a proportion of the care homes, building strong relationships with the management teams, and reviewing and analyzing any variances to the budget. Your responsibilities will include presenting the management accounts, maintaining full P&L responsibility, preparing annual budgets, and producing accurate and timely investor packs.
