Full Job Description

Reporting into our Finance Manager Jacky Rosetta , we're looking for a Management Accountant to join the team on a contract basis for a period of 6 months. You will help and support the finance Manager - Execute month- end close activities in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the completeness of financial data and compliance are within relevant accounting standards.,

  • Execute month-end close activities in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the completeness of financial data and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and deferrals, maintaining detailed documentation for audit and reporting purposes
  • Reconcile and analyse key balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insightful analysis and commentary on variances

  • Maintaining and enhancing financial controls, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the accounting process.

  • Participate in process improvements to streamline month-end activities and enhance overall efficiency

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for financial reporting and analysis.

    Part Qualified CIMA or ACCA, or by experience. Work to tight deadlines

  • Part of general accounting team. Understand monthend process and has taken part within the process.

  • Year end audit, Dealing with different stake holders throughout the business.
