Full Job Description

This post holder will be a member of the Management Accounts team reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, closely with the Finance Manager and Property Finance Managers to present internal reporting. The role requires extensive use of excel, Oracle and Sage to enable interrogation of data and performing adjustments as required. Key responsibilities include production of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and budget preparation., This post holder will be a member of the Management Accounts team reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, closely with the Finance Manager and Property Finance Managers to present internal reporting. The role requires extensive use of excel, Oracle and Sage to enable interrogation of data and performing adjustments as required. Key responsibilities include production of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and budget preparation. The post holder will liaise with internal and external customers as required. Analyse Oracle/Sage to create meaningful and insightful information. As a member of the wider team the post holder will also be required to assist in other daily property finance functions as required and will provide cover in the event of other Management Accountants being on leave.
