Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Management Accounts Assistant to work in the Trusts Management Accounts Team., The role will entail supporting the Management Accounts Function in providing accurate financial information, advice, and support to Trust service managers, as well as working on a range of ad hoc projects.

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our Management Accounts team based at 200 Lichfield Lane, Mansfield, Notts., This post requires somebody with GCSE Maths and English at grades A-C or equivalent, NVQ level 3 in an appropriate subject or AAT intermediate level or equivalent level of knowledge.

You should have a basic knowledge of finance and an understanding of how NHS finances operate.

Good IT skills including competence with Excel or equivalents, word processing etc, and communication skills are essential. You will be required to work to deadlines and therefore have the ability to prioritise effectively and be flexible in your approach to your working hours.
