Full Job Description

As a Management Consultant, you won't just be an observer - you will be a catalyst for change. Collaborating within client engagement teams and guided by a Project Lead, you will leverage your expertise to craft work products, take the lead on specific project initiatives, and establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert.,

  • Contribute Strategically - you will play a pivotal role in framing complex issues, structuring problems, and optimizing client processes. Your insights will be the driving force behind effective decision-making.

  • Lead Transformation- you will take charge of distinct project initiatives, steering them towards success. You will play a crucial role in driving large-scale transformations working closely with diverse business units to implement Agile methodologies and support the shift towards a customer-centric and iterative working model.

  • Business Agility Consulting & Training - you will help clients adopt Agile ways of working effectively and counsel leaders throughout their change journey in developing growth mindsets for continuous improvement.

  • Consulting Toolkit Development - you will sharpen your consulting skills by creating engaging presentations, conducting strategic analyses, and applying structured thinking to manage work modules effectively

  • Client Interaction - you will build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their needs, delivering impactful solutions, and presenting insights and recommendations

  • Team Collaboration - you will play a proactive role in team success by organising work, facilitating effective meetings, embracing new challenges, and fostering a supportive and knowledge-sharing environment

    A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline

  • Proven experience in management consulting

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges

  • Proficiency in proposal writing, report creation and client presentation development

  • A consulting mindset characterized by structured thinking and a relentless drive for impact

  • Computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Office

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including confidence to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externally

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to work on client sites

  • Practical experience or a particular interest in Agile ways of working would be an asset

  • Agile frameworks and methodologies certificates e.g. PMI, ITIL; Agile: PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist, AgilePM or similar would be an asset

  • Knowledge of additional language would be a great asset
