Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Management Liability Underwriter to join our established and experienced underwriting team here at RSA on a hybrid basis in London.

Your Role

Your role as a Management Liability Underwriter will involve working with selected brokers to optimise profitable growth from these accounts.

You will apply a range of underwriting, relationship management and business development techniques. This applies to new or existing business within our agreed process and defined underwriting guidelines.

You will spend most of your time working with your broker panel identifying, discussing, negotiating new or renewing existing business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions.

To be successful in your role, you will ideally have experience within D&O or Crime Underwriting. However, we will consider applications from candidates who have underwriting experience within another line of business.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to start your career within Financial Lines underwriting and would suit someone with the passion and desire to progress.
