Management Systems Engineer Graduate

As a Management Systems Engineer Graduate, you'll be a valued member of the team where you'll immerse yourself in our quality systems, audits and continuous improvement. This rotational role spans over two years and allows you to gain hands on experience working alongside a collaborative cross functional team in various areas. You'll be part of a team responsible for administering the Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental Management Systems and successful certification to various Regulatory Authorities. This will be achieved by auditing internal policies, processes, documented procedures and records., This is more than just a job; it's a unique opportunity to grow your career at a fast pace. You'll gain hands-on experience, work on auditing internal policies and processes, and build connections within the business. You'll be based at our Gaydon headquarters, with occasional travel to St Athan and other UK sites.

• Possess the ability to self-manage and work under pressure to deliver and thrive in an ever-changing dynamic environment

  A starting salary of £34,200 with performance-based increments.
