Wise Owls Childcare is looking to employ a passionate and motivated, Baby Room Manager for our lovely rural Farm View Day Nursery. Our nursery is going through an exciting time and as we grow, we have the perfect role in our baby room caring for our babies from 8 weeks - 24 months old., Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, their families and your team.
Plan an innovative early learning programme in line with our curriculum aims.
Document and share the learning and development of your key children with their families.
Continuously learn and grow through meaningful training & development opportunities.

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare
Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
First aid certificate would be a bonus
Previous leadership experience

The position is Monday-Friday 42.5 hours a week. Shifts vary between 7.30am - 6.00pm., Excellent rates of pay, wellness programme, company pension, annual leave, shopping discounts, staff socials, heavily discounted childcare and uniform are just some of the perks of working for us.
