Full Job Description

  • You will develop a deep understanding of current convergence volume & value performance, alongside customer & market insight, and will use this to propose and deliver future change and optimisation in this area -optimising and evolving the convergence proposition and related areas
  • You will work with commercial and marketing teams to understand what we need to do for customers regionally, understanding customer insights in regions where we have low market share and then creating propositions to address this, working with the Marcomms & base teams to support the regional sales effort, and linking this in with our audience-led strategy.
  • You will work with both commercial & finance to create and hit sensible targets to grow regional and convergence categories and achieve our overall goals

    Strong commercial acumen - ability to understand and optimize commercial performance
  • Experience working with customer insight and / or commercial roles / propositions
  • In-depth industry knowledge and intel
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work well across large virtual teams
  • A desire to provide the very best customer service and be relentless in the pursuit of exceeding the needs of our customers
    • Would be good to have:
  • Strong experience in the Telco sector
  • Strong proposition experience
