Full Job Description

As a CR Planning and Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the performance management for the Consumer Relationships (CR) business unit. Your insights will be instrumental in navigating the dynamic changes in the Retail Sector and Economic landscape, helping our businesses better meet customer needs.,

  • Being an integral part of a team which achieves high performance and embrace ambitious development goals.
  • Help shape the future of the CR businesses by analysing customer behaviour to produce accurate forecasts and strategic operating plans.
  • Deliver high-quality management information that provides valuable insights.
  • Build and maintain a wide network of contacts across Finance, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Invest in your personal growth and development, while also coaching and supporting the wider

    A qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • A proactive approach, always looking for ways to improve and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from different areas.
  • Experience in financial services and product knowledge is a plus (CR includes Personal Current Accounts, Savings and UK Personal Banking).
  • A commitment to being onsite with the team at least two days a week (South West hub: Bristol, Cardiff or Newport)., Disability Confident
