Manager, Infrastructure Valuations

As a Manager within the infrastructure valuations team you will play an integral part in advising our clients on value related matters. You will be expected to:

• Develop and apply technical and commercial insights in a valuation context;
• Develop, review and interpret analysis and present clearly articulated, considered and insightful conclusions;
• Discussing key valuation drivers with project leaders and clients were appropriate;
• Coach more junior team members;
• Managing and/or assisting in managing valuations of infrastructure assets / portfolios;
• Supporting the development of target client relationships in order to further develop the Deloitte Infrastructure Valuation business.
• Working within a diverse teams within an inclusive team culture.
  
  Valuation experience gained either in an accounting / valuation firm, bank, private equity or similar institution;
• Experience of working in the infrastructure sector i.e. with experience dealing with detailed projections for infrastructure assets and/or, preparing valuation reports for infrastructure assets and/or, analysing infrastructure assets;
• An interest and willingness towards supporting business development activity and a drive towards client service excellence; and
• Exceptional financial analytical skills with proficiently in Excel.

The infrastructure valuations team: Our infrastructure valuations team, which is part of Valuation Group within Deloitte Advisory Corporate Finance, advises on high profile assignments that have significant impact on, or are of high importance to our clients. Clients seek our market leading valuation advice and independent valuations, typically in situations where there is, or could be, a material value impact, including:
• Fund / portfolio investment and monitoring;
• Financial reporting;
• Incentive schemes;
• Strategic decisions, including joint ventures and strategic partnership agreements;
• Intra-group restructuring and tax valuations;
• M&A transactions and capital raising; and
• Disputes, arbitration and mediation.
