Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced tech-savvy professional from within the media industry to join our Legal Delivery team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating Legal Delivery projects across EMEA from inception to completion in alignment with cross-functionals and other stakeholders. They will utilise project management methodologies to optimise the workflows, obtain cross functional support and ensure project success while also working closely with the Head of Legal Delivery across all EMEA content, supporting legal delivery on a range of productions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both business operations and production/project management with the ability to drive process improvements and manage relationships with both internal and external partners. The Legal Delivery team at Netflix is responsible for coordinating the management and dissemination of a high volume of contracts, legal documentation and data related to our original and branded content. Internally, the team is highly cross-functional and deeply engaged with stakeholders, including marketing legal, business and legal affairs, production, post production, intellectual property and rights management . Externally, our team works closely with region-wide content producers and licensors to ensure that required documentation and data is successfully delivered to Netflix.,

  • Lead complex legal delivery projects, including the implementation and iteration of AI document review, the tracking of commerical references in content and the effective distribution of data to cross functional teams.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of Legal Delivery and senior management team
  • Coordinate legal delivery in all content types across the EMEA territory.
  • Work closely with cross-functionals to continuously assess and identify potential areas for innovation and improve workflows and efficiency
  • Analyse project data to identify trends and opportunities for further optimisation
  • Introduce and coordinate the implementation of technology tools (e.g., document automation, collaboration tools, AI programs) to streamline Legal Delivery.
  • Assess and understand contractual obligations at a title level and ensure deliverables are received timely, accurately and compliant with Netflix requirements
  • Serve as an outward facing representative to external production partners to communicate delivery requirements on a project-by-project basis
  • Serve as a point person to internal partners and align with stakeholders to meet cross-functional needs

  • Proven experience in project management and/operations, ideally within a broadcasting/studio/ media environment or production office.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in contract management, cloud-based document management, AI software, and project management tools, such as Airtable.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and judgement with ability to identify and solve problems proactively.
  • Willingness to tackle matters outside your area of expertise.
  • Comfortable with taking informed risks.
  • Comfortable with fluidity and iteration, and open to change and new ideas
