WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As the Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a tactical marketing plan aligned with our UK and Ireland strategy. This role aims to attract new customers and retain existing ones, ensuring brand growth and Axis position as the market leader. This position leads a UK-based marketing team (3 people), driving activities that contribute to sales growth, expand brand presence, and establish the company as a thought leader in key market segments. The Marketing Manager executes strategies to grow the business in security and beyond, generating demand, and building strong relationships with our key target audiences. This role requires working closely with sales, training, engineer and other regional functions., Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute the regional marketing plan in alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy and budget
Contribute to the development of the regional marketing strategy and provide input to the yearly marketing plan
Drive activities that contribute to sales growth, expands brand presence, and establishes thought leadership in key market segments
Team Management:
Lead and manage the regional marketing team to achieve short-term and long-term goals and objectives
Develop, lead, and coach the team, setting clear goals and KPIs, and conducting annual reviews
Marketing Operations:
Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns in the region
Oversee the region's marketing budget and optimize allocation and Return On Investment (ROI)
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with regional, global marketing and sales teams to execute local marketing plans
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's image and values internally and externally
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant regional functions are kept informed of marketing activities
Project Management:
Act as Project Manager for specific projects

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
At least 5 years of experience in marketing management including people management, preferably in the IT/Security/B2B industry
Experience in B2B marketing with a focus on developing 360-degree marketing plans
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Flexible team player, open to changes and willing to communicate
High level of self-initiative, self-motivation
