An exciting opportunity for an individual to join our fantastic Digital team as aProduction Manager on Maternity leave cover This role is Responsible for Managing the day-to-day logistics and resource of the LFC media department production across all platforms - LFCTV Domestic & International 24/7 linear TV Channels, LFCTV GO, Club website, and club social media channels. Overseeing all production management projects, workloads and logistical requirements within the team. Working with all content leads to fulfil the execution of content in the most effective and efficient way. What will you be doing? TheProduction manager is responsible for:
- Management of day-to-day logistics for the Media Department
- Management of all department resource
- Edit Schedules
- Camera Schedules
- Manage all freelance talent
- Compiling daily call sheets
- Match Co-ordination
- Matchday production management
- Match feeds booking
- Manage production administration
- Travel management
- Management and delegation of work to Production Co-ordinator
- Production tooling
To be successful in this role you will have the following knowledge, skills and experience: Essential Knowledge - Knowledge of production workflows and resource needed for each project
- Knowledge of Sports broadcasting
- Knowledge of production documentation necessary for film shoots - such H&S risk assessments, film permits, accreditations, liability insurance, contributor release forms etc.
- Knowledge of fibre connectivity and alternatives available for incoming feeds.
- Knowledge of production tooling and what is available
- Knowledge of using/producing clear production documents
- Knowledge of Budget Management
- Knowledge of football federations and basic rights knowledge
- Knowledge of Live sport outside broadcast Essential Functional / Technical Skills
- Communication - ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. Keep in constant contact with everyone
- Organisation - plan prioritise and multitask. Use own initiative to manage schedules
- Strong Leadership ability -Confident in giving direction and communicating with everyone and creating a positive atmosphere.
- Problem solving - always being one step ahead of what's going on, anticipate issues that may occur and adapt to changing timescales and issues well.
- IT skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with flexibly to fast changing turnarounds and priorities
This isa full-time permanent role working35hours per week. Your main base will be our Chapel St Office which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey.
