Full Job Description

  • Proactively drive and own discrete analytical and performance improvementprojectswith the goal of strengthening brand and commercial performance as well as productivity of our global retail store portfolio.

  • Actively support and drive store portfolio management andoptimisationprocesses to support strategic decision making in LEGO Retail.

  • Deliver impactful analyses and recommendations in close collaboration with key collaborators toidentifyand solve important challenges related to portfolio and store performance.

  • Help connect critical data sources related to LEGO Branded Stores, extract meaningful learnings based on analysis andultimately recommendand drive improvement initiatives that can improve customer experience, grow Like-for-Like sales, drive productivityand strengthen bottom-line.

  • Drive a culture of datafocusedproblem solving andperformance improvement to our LEGO Branded Stores portfolio.


  • Play your part in our team succeeding

    As part of the Global Retail Excellence team, you will build a strong understanding of our entire branded retail business and especially our LEGO Branded Stores portfolio, as well as drive critical analysesand projectsrelated to portfolio and specific store performance as well as being a key part of executing on the team's priority projects and recommendationsto improve performance, drive growth and productivity for our store portfolio. By doing this you will help the LEGO Group build critical capabilities to help deliver on our ambitious strategy of making LEGO Branded Stores thepinnacle ofshopping and brand experience for our shoppers and consumers.

    You will help develop and elevate the foundation on which we build insights, derive learnings and structure action plans related to our global store portfolio, thus playing a key part in improvement programs and global initiatives with the goal of improving in-store experience and financial performance across the store portfolio.

  • Confirmed work experienceas a management consultant with strong exposure to physical retailwithin FMCG, CPG or a related industryora strong backgroundin retail strategy, operations development,productivityand similar disciplines within retail.

  • Proven experience in business insights and problem solving, with ability to perform in-depth analysis,visualisedata, synthesis results and develop strong recommendations to senior leaders.

  • A commercial mindset coupled with a strong understanding of relevant systems and data platforms that support a retail business.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to ensure strong cross-team collaboration and drive execution of recommendations.

  • Results-oriented and driven personality shown through proactively proposing new ways of working tooptimisedata driven decision making.

  • Thrive with ambiguity and autonomy having to create solutions to problems in a dynamic setting.

  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and interact with multiple partnersacross geographies.

  • Proficient in English both in writing and verbal communication.
