Manager, SAP Finance - Controlling, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis & Allocation methods

As a Manager in the area of SAP Controlling - Product Costing, Profitability Analysis and Allocation methods, you will be:

• Building strong client stakeholder relationships
• Leading teams of consultants to design and build core finance functionality using knowledge of SAP Best Practices for delivery of large-scale S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Leading the delivery of fit to standard workshops / requirement driven workshops to clients for your functional areas
• Demonstrate your understanding, knowledge and experience of business process design and enabling this through SAP functionality
• Ensuring the quality of work delivered by your team is of a high standard, and raising and managing project risks and issues
• Providing SAP knowledge across one or more SAP functional areas and configuring S/4HANA as per the solution design
• Ensuring that the latest SAP functionality is used in your solution design
• Embracing standard SAP wherever possible and ensuring that enhancements proposed consider the latest techniques
• functional specifications for developers with a good grasp of the SAP structures and options
• Leading practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development
Connect to your skills and professional experience To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate: · Previous large scale transformation project experience implementing Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (Margin Analysis) and Allocations Essential:
• Subject Matter Expert in the implementation core SAP Controlling, with an emphasis on Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (Margin Analysis) and Allocations
• Solid understanding of transactional flow and SAP financial concepts such: as Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, Profit & Cost Centre Accounting, Materials, Currencies and Intercompany processes
• Lead fit to standard workshops and translating the requirements into design
• Ensuring the quality of work delivered by your team is of a high standard, and raising and managing project risks and issues
• Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) whether this is with the client team or remote developers
• ability to forge good professional relationships with your leaders and peers
• An understanding of working in a Consulting environment and the differences compared to an in-house SAP capability or working as an independent contractor
• Providing development and performance feedback to mentor members of your team
