Full Job Description

Lime is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our Street Operations team, focusing on labor pricing and efficiency. In this critical role, reporting to the Director of Street Operations, you'll lead global initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include refining safety and quality enhancing strategies, optimizing the battery swaps in urban areas by promoting sustainable operational vehicles, and collaborating with product and hardware teams to improve charging infrastructure in cities we serve.
Our goal is to help Local operators keep the vehicles on the streets without the necessity of taking them back to the warehouse

We're looking for someone passionate about growth and innovation, with a solid history of managing high-performing, inclusive teams internationally.

What you'll do:

  • Build, lead, and coach a team focused on Street Operations.

  • Lead global initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our Logistical Providers.

  • Develop and implement strategies that impact our global operating model.

  • Collaborate with Product Teams and Local Operations to create scalable processes and products.

  • Analyze and optimize task logistics for our vehicles.

  • Assist Logistical Providers in enhancing efficiency and business performance.

  • Establish frameworks for effective operational pricing strategies.

    Proven record of building and retaining highly performing teams, ideally in a fast paced environment (like start-ups, etc.), 3 years of experience in people management roles,

  • Great analytical skills and decision making capacities,

  • Ability to influence without authority,

  • Previous experience in global, cross functional roles and, ideally, also experience in on site operational management

  • Preferred Experience:
  • Scale up working across various geographies - ideally in central function or with experience working in cross functional teams,

  • Consulting, S&P or similar project driven work experience

  • Previous experience in leading teams across multiple geographies and cultures

  • Optimization in logistics or manual work heavy industries
