Full Job Description

The Manager, Int'l Treasury Operations, reporting to the Treasury Lead, will help oversee global Treasury operations out of our London office. This high visibility role works closely with stakeholders (Tax, Accounting, FP&A and Legal) to ensure effective cash management and liquidity on a global scale, as well as execute cash repatriation and intercompany funding (dividends, I/C loans, capital returns, etc). What's on the menu?

  • Lead cash repatriation, subsidiary funding and financing efforts for international subsidiaries
  • Help oversee international cash forecasting to ensure appropriate liquidity levels
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure cash management practices align with regulatory requirements and internal controls
  • Manage and administer global bank accounts, including cash pools
  • Help improve Treasury and working capital practices at international subsidiaries
  • Assess and oversee Treasury controls including bank account management, investments and disbursements
  • Manage bank relationships with our global credit partners
  • Optimize Treasury Management System
  • Lead or act in an advisory capacity on strategic projects

    BA/BS degree required, Treasury or Finance designations (ACT / CTP, CPA/CIMA or CFA) are desirable
  • Experience using a Treasury Management System (preferably Kyriba)
  • Extensive knowledge of Treasury payments required
  • Ability to work in a fast moving and navigate complex business environments, especially in emerging markets
  • Ability to influence cross-functional team members while operating under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as exhibiting strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
