Full Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce transformation Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
- We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager within Workforce Transformation Consulting with an impressive academic record and proven commercial experience gained within a transformation consultancy.
- You will be required to build a thorough understanding of each client's business goals, strategies, culture and organisation and partner effectively in order to develop coherent and relevant organisational interventions that deliver successful business outcomes.
- You will lead and develop clients across the UK and Europe on a wide variety of client projects, including strategic workforce planning, skills assessment and development, change management, organisational design, culture, DE&I etc, giving you a wide range of exposure across all consulting areas. We will count on you to :
- Lead the work to grow and retain global strategic accounts, in partnership with colleagues across the whole of Marsh and McLennan Companies (MMC), and ensure external client satisfaction by leveraging appropriate Mercer and other MMC resources
- Serve as lead consultant on medium and large clients, including managing overall service delivery and solution design, acting as the day-to-day lead for the client, ensuring project requirements, solutions and deliverables meet client expectations.
- Determine the full scope of services provided to the client and set roles and responsibilities within the client and project team.
- Generate sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and by leading prospecting efforts with new clients.
- Act as a mentor and coach by motivating staff to deliver a high standard of work.
- Delegate effectively to provide developmental opportunities to team members.
- Be a vital member of the team by collaborating with the other members of the Workforce Transformation organisation in order to build capability and enhance our reputation, both externally and internally
Significant experience within the Workforce Transformation consulting arena. - Ability to create a broad range of Workforce Transformation solutions including : organisational and cultural transformation, enterprise skills transformation, HR Transformation, Skills assessment and development, organisational design, strategic workforce planning and change management
- Ability to leverage a broad network of stakeholders in order to provide clients with comprehensive strategies for improving overall organisational performance
- Exceptional client management skills with demonstrated experience developing strong relationships with executives, and their HR / OD teams
- Evidence of having built trusted advisor level client relationships with senior executives
- Experience of business development and proven sales generation from existing and new business.
- Relevant and commensurate talent assignment sales and client leadership experience gained working with global, large organisations, ideally over considerable periods of time
- Demonstrated expertise in architecting innovative and strategically linked organisational development solutions by selecting the most appropriate strategies, methodologies, and technologies to maximise impact
