Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Care Delivery Managing Director to oversee and lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of our Care Delivery services across the UK & Ireland. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, drive operational efficiency, and align services with the company's global standards and local regulatory requirements. This is a critical leadership role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on management to foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence in Care Delivery. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with corporate objectives and the local healthcare landscape.
- Identify growth opportunities, foster partnerships, and drive innovation to expand the company's footprint in UK & Ireland.
- Monitor healthcare trends and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge. Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of Care Delivery facilities and services, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Drive process improvements to enhance patient outcomes, reduce costs, and improve operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in clinical and non-clinical operations. Financial Oversight:
- Manage the budget for care delivery operations, ensuring cost control while achieving financial targets.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to drive profitability and sustainability.
- Prepare and present reports on financial and operational performance to regional leadership. Team Development:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure high standards of care.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and workplace. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, regulatory authorities, and corporate partners.
- Represent the organization in professional forums, conferences, and industry events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for care delivery matters in UK & Ireland.
Master's Degree or Equivalent Level in General Management, Finance, Clinic Management or similar area - Extensive experience of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site healthcare operations and delivering on strategic objectives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and patient care standards in the UK.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
