In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end content creation and production processes across Apple App Store International. More specifically: - Lead and manage a team of Content Producers, ensuring that our design teams have all of the information needed, at the right times in the process, to effectively scope and execute against the assigned projects. - Act as central point of contact for all of your team's projects. You know exactly what is happening, when, why, and have a clear plan on how. - Oversee projects to eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative expediently - Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges. - Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure that we're delivering against risks while creating an environment that allows for innovation. - Established network of world-class creative, branding, production, photography, illustration, and freelance agency partners. - Plan, manage, and communicate internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information and deliverables. - Work closely with internal and external partner teams to identify more efficient workflows. - Lead annual budget planning in collaboration with cross functional partners and senior leadership. A bit about you This individual will work closely with and support internal design teams that lead everything from strategic branding, editorially-driven, content-led and large scale production initiatives. The assets that we ingest and/or create span across: photography, motion, typography, illustration and you should have demonstrable experience and knowledge of best practices working across all mediums. Specifically practical experience working with: photo teams, art buying teams, motion graphics, illustration, branding, and content design systems. Having a point of view on the different disciplines and the types of partners to engage with is key, in order to enable our design teams to create world-class content, designs and systems. You are highly organised, proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable. You can think strategically and solve problems independently. You can 'see around the corners' and identify communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges. You have a disciplined approach to managing both your team and your own projects, while maintaining the flexibility to adapt when adjustments are required. The ideal person will have experience working in partnership with senior creative teams to bring ideas to life, and have experience being the face of creative production to external vendors and executive clients alike. You have a deep familiarity with content planning and effective resource management. You are an expert at managing expectations, with the ability to identify and articulate alternative solutions when changes arise.

This is a role for the communicator and problem solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver end-to-end design across media types, screens, formats and technologies; and who can collaborate well with others. As a Managing Producer, you are a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a disciplined approach to project management and communication. You know how to lead a team, prioritize multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-impact environment. This international position requires working within a global team, managing remote work-streams and partners across multiple countries and time zones.,

  • Demonstrated experience both building and leading a team of Creative Producers and Project Managers.
  • Extensive experience acting as a lead content design producer in a creatively driven design agency, or internal brand creative team.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities, allocate resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, always looking for opportunities to better organise and define scope and next steps.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with Editorial and Business counterparts to ensure that cross functional processes are defined, streamlined, and that the appropriate teams are clear on accountability for success.
  • Strong technical fluency having worked across multiple content types and interfacing with UI and digital product teams previously.
  • Ability to live between ten thousand feet and thirty thousand feet to not only manage daily needs, but to think more holistically about opportunities for efficiency and team structure.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendor relationships and defining a partner roster.
  • Strong financial aptitude with ability to define and manage budgets including forecasting, tracking and reporting., Interest in emerging technologies the creative and digital space as well as a passion for Apps and Mobile gaming is a plus.
