Full Job Description

  • Provide Manufacturing engineering support to the plant manager and all value streams through robust manufacturing processes through shop floor support.
  • Support FRB and 8D teams in determining root causes and actions.
  • Maintain Manufacturing processes including but not limited to MFGPRO maintenance, standard work instructions and tooling design/manufacture.
  • Act as liaison between development engineer and Senior ME for new projects and improvement from inception to integration into facility.
  • Provide 3D printer support for the whole facility producing development and production tooling.
  • Support plants drive to Zero incidents by facilitating a MESH element.

    HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Min 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferable in aerospace industry
  • Skills:
  • Ability to design tooling using AutoCAD.
  • Project Management mindset
  • Good understanding of machinery, lean manufacturing is a big plus
  • Knowledge of RCCA Analysis and 8D methodology
