Manufacturing Graduate

We're seeking a passionate and ambitious graduate to join our world-class Manufacturing Production Centre at McLaren. Based on your skills and experience, you'll be placed in one of several critical areas: logistics, material control, engineering, manufacturing quality, or production - all essential to delivering the precision and excellence that define McLaren. Please note this position is on-site 5 days a week at the McLaren Technology Centre, to best facilitate your learning and development during the scheme. The closing date for applications is Friday, 15th November 2024. Virtual first stage interviews will take place in early January 2025, with the second stage of the process being on-site assessment centres in late January/early February. What You'll Do These roles offer hands-on experience, giving you in-depth exposure and the opportunity to be directly involved in the craftsmanship that goes into every vehicle we produce. This is your chance to play a key part in ensuring we deliver the highest standards for our customers.

• Logistics: Support efficient material flow and inventory management.
• Material Control: Assist in managing stock levels and ensuring the availability of parts.
• Engineering: Work on process improvements and support manufacturing operations.
• Manufacturing Quality: Contribute to maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Production: Assist in day-to-day production activities and performance optimisation.
  
  We would be looking for you to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 in a relevant mechanical or automotive engineering degree, or equivalent qualification at this level.
You must also bring a passion for cars, and a desire to work at the cutting edge of the automotive industry within our manufacturing business area. What We'll Do for You
