Manufacturing Line Leader - Production

As Line Leader in our Production team, youll oversee a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery. Youll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes. Listening to our colleagues is really important, and youll do this whilst taking action to solve issues and improve processes wherever possible. Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams as required, you will look to deliver improvements that speed up and simplify the way we work.

• Is able to support and educate colleagues with using correct procedures and to provide improvements
• Has great communication skills, and able to interpret written and numerical data
• Is proactive in resolving issues and challenges
• Is happy within a fast paced food manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures

  Shift : 4 days on 4 days off, working 07 : 00 - 19 : 00. We have a subsidised bus link direct to site, currently available from Knaresborough / Harrogate and Doncaster.
This is for our 7am - 7pm shift pattern only. Please note that the location for the site is in a fairly remote location and has very limited public transport options. It can be difficult to get to if you don't have your own vehicle, unless you use the bus mentioned above.
