Manufacturing Manager (Fenestration)

You will be responsible for our PVC manufacturing operations in Lenwade. Working closely with your production teams, you will
focus on ensuring we achieve our vision of providing the best service to our customers, using key production metrics to drive
continual improvement. A key member of the on-site senior leadership team, you will drive standards and collaboration between
functions, acting as a role model to others and driving engagement and communication.

With production or manufacturing experience, ideally in the fenestration or building products industry, you will have demonstrable
leadership experience, with a track record of driving improvement. Resilient with a flexible and analytical approach, you will
have strong coaching and influencing skills. Experience of lean manufacturing would be an advantage., Disability Confident
