Full Job Description

Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift,

  • Operate and Maintain Equipment : Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on washing equipment and conduct daily checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Washing & Cleaning: Sort and process items for manual or automated washing while ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of all materials.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Review cleaning cycles, update records, and report any issues using our ERP system.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including safe handling of biohazards and compliance with COSHH guidelines.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and operational efficiency.

    Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferable but not essential, as full training will be provided (graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for sharing information and coordinating with colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience maintaining a high-standard working environment with a focus on cleanliness and safety.
  • Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks, manual lifting (less than 10kg) and prolonged periods of standing.
  • Education:
  • GCSEs or equivalent preferred but not essential.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous but not Essential):
  • Previous experience working in a GMP-compliant or operational environment.
