Manufacturing Technician

As Manufacturing Technician you will join our Manchester Operations team and will be responsible for manufacturing of Bulk solutions and reagents.,

• You will be responsible for the formulation of in-process solutions and bulk reagents
• Record data within batch documentation
• Open & close work orders and remove items from inventory management systems
• Perform operation/calibration of general lab/manufacturing equipment
• Transportation, handling, and disposal of waste and chemicals, liaising with the waste management company
  
  Knowledge of standard operating procedures, including good manufacturing practices and regulations. You will have good mathematical skills and ability to convert between units of measure
• Understanding of the Bulk manufacturing processes, including knowledge of equipment operations, safety protocols, and quality control procedures
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing practices and their practical application within a continuous improvement culture
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet production targets
