Full Job Description

  • Hold responsibility for the setting up and operating of vial and bottle filling lines within a clean room environment.
  • Record data within batch documentation to the correct standards of GMP.
  • Safety awareness, and being a user of the Safety Database
  • Responsibility for ensuring your training account is compliant
  • Issue materials, return materials to location, and book finished product to stock using Oracle ERP systems
  • Perform operation/calibration of general lab/manufacturing equipment.
  • Be responsible for transportation, handling, and disposal of waste and chemicals.
  • You will effectively communicate with workmates, supervision, management and support functions.
  • Manage the cleanliness of all clean room areas through regular cleaning activities

As our Manufacturing Technician you will be a key part of our team, working to manufacture positive template materials in our lab. You will be joining a small, close-knit team who operate in a fast-paced environment. This is currently a 7am - 3pm shift, however, will move to 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm.,
  • Experience in liquid filling operations within a controlled environment, you will have good mathematical skills and convert between units of measure.
  • Working knowledge of procedures (SOP'S), document completion and Health and Safety.
  • Graduate with some experience and have a desire to develop within the field of manufacturing and supply.
