Full Job Description

We seek an exceptional Junior Marcomms Officer and Editor to serve as a written Editor and Content Manager of outbound company and client comms materials. The role demands an understanding of strategic communications and a high level of English-language writing and editing skills, across various formats, from large technical reports to political op-eds and (social) media communications. You will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve our and our clients' business goals. You can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Serve as editor of written outbound products; proofreading, editing and restructuring content to ensure they are tailored to diverse target audiences, with proper spelling and grammar.
  • Develop content for presentations, media and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure that the content meets and follows our and our clients' style guides and is consistent with our company and brand values.
  • Maintain consistency of content by using set templates and styles where applicable.
  • Follow proposal-writing standards for readability, consistency, and tone.
  • Add, update and develop content for company and client campaign websites and social media accounts as required.
  • Support email marketing.
  • Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
  • Work in tandem with the wider Marcomms function.

    Exceptional written grammatical skills in English.
  • Previous experience in strategic comms or marketing.
  • An understanding of SEO and targeting content to professional audiences.
  • An understanding of organic social media strategy.
  • Ability to provide and assimilate constructive feedback to colleagues from all levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of and interest in international current affairs.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to grasp new concepts.
  • Desirable
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Journalism, English or similar subjects
  • Experience using web platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience in media relations within the technology sector
  • Experience in paid social media
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Fluency in another language and/or experience in an international professional environment.

Access Partnership's MarComms team works to raise the company's profile globally, as well as supporting our prestigious suite of clients with marketing, PR and branding strategy and execution., We work in a flexible hybrid model, typically aligning each employee to one of our global offices, with each person spending 2 days per week in the office, and 3 days remote.
