In our pursuit of excellence within our Holland America Maritime department, we're seeking individuals who have a deep knowledge & understanding of Maritime operations for our Maritime Audit Manager position.   • On behalf of Risk Advisory & Assurance Services (RAAS) carry out audits of the company to verify compliance with (including but not limited to) International Law, IMO Regulations, SOLAS, MARPOL, Global HESS Policies and Procedures and other legislative requirements
  • Advocate the internal audit function and its value through the organisation and acts as a role model by exemplifying high performance for team members
  • Maintain up to date training required for effective audit delivery
  • Take personal accountability for results delivered in areas of responsibility and present findings and identify initial root cause of issues

    Our ideal candidates are those who possess not only the technical skills required for the maritime team, but also a passion for the industry and a keen eye for detail. Your professional certifications will be the foundation of your role within our team., Good working knowledge ISM and ISPS code and experience of working at sea and briefing Senior management
  • Proven experience in nautical operations, ideally as 1^st or 2^nd Engineer/Officer, Safety Officer or Environmental Officer, You are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment yet is capable of working with a high degree of accuracy and accountability. Your skills and experience in the maritime industry are just the beginning; we're looking for team members who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our collective success.

    Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis, with hybrid working including up to two days from home.
