Full Job Description

Our market engagement team regularly meets with industry stakeholders to gather insights to inform our regulatory approach and to share relevant, targeted, timely content and key messages to enable us to drive and support a consistent narrative around specific focus areas of our regulatory remit.
This role is key in providing support to the engagement team – developing, updating and maintaining the crucial systems and processes that ensure that the team is able to operate effectively, and at scale.
You will:
• Develop and improve existing data management systems and processes in order to report on and drive engagement activity.
• Develop, monitor and maintain team systems, processes and metrics to support the coordination of industry engagement across the team.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder profiles, capturing, collating and sharing insights and feedback.
• Produce a quarterly engagement summary report and other MI as needed, measuring the breadth and reach of engagement and drawing out key industry concerns/insights.
• Support the Industry Engagement team with diary management, meeting notes/actions, maintenance of a slide library, actions log, events log and social media clippings.
Responsibilities
You will:
• Maintain an accurate database of stakeholder contact/engagement records and maintain a forward look of activities.
• Monitor external stakeholder comment and sentiment through engagement records and publicly available sources.
• Take ownership of and accountability for data management, monitoring and evaluation processes within the team, with support and guidance from the rest of the team.
• Use judgement to make decisions on issues such as whether an external issue or event is of interest to colleagues internally, identify key points/actions from meetings notes etc.
• Prioritise and organise your own workload, work to deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility to support colleagues as needed.

• Demonstrable experience of putting in place systems and processes to measure and evaluate the impact of comms and engagement activities.
• In depth working knowledge and experience of inputting, managing and analysing data in a CRM system (e.g. MS Dynamics 365), and Excel. (Power BI experience desirable).
• Ability to analyse, understand, summarise and present complex data and information.
• Experience of working in a team.
• Good written and spoken communication skills, able to summarise and simplify complex information and data and present that to colleagues.
• Experience communicating with external stakeholders – desirable.
