Market Research Consultant

As a Market Research Consultant, your role will sit in the Market Research and Consultancy team within Insight & Feedback, and will report directly to the Head of Market Research & Consultancy. You will be responsible for delivery of consultancy and project management solutions to a range of clients across healthcare and life sciences. The job role is varied, and includes assisting on analysis and commentary within national NHS survey programmes, to managing your own bespoke market research projects with a range of clients. There is an expectation that this role will work across the Insight & Feedback Department where required.,

• Project manages key clients and takes ownership of the entire process from project inception to project review.
• Develops detailed documentation and project plans.
• Develops quantitative or qualitative survey programmes to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Carries out data analysis to test hypotheses and identify trends. Prepares client reports which highlight key findings.
• Designs and structures slide decks according to client requirements.
• Delivers regular national reporting requirements for NHS survey programmes.
• Develops a basic knowledge of services and consulting methodologies to support clients across the NHS as well as in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industries.
• Develops an awareness of IQVIA market research solutions and how they would be utilised in client scenarios.
  
  3-5 years of related experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Knowledge of market research techniques with a focus on healthcare.
• Excellent grasp of English to produce defect-free client materials on a regular basis.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of current events and developments within the healthcare industry in the UK and Ireland and knowledge of major competitors.
• Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace.
• Effective time management skills. Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organisation to accomplish team goals.
• Demonstrable project management experience and ability to lead projects to conclusion.
