Market Research Interviewer - Car Required

Cold calling provides you with great transferable skills such as persistence, learning to keep positive and perfect your communication and negotiation skills.
As a Market Research Interviewer, in our face-to-face team, you will play a key role in gathering valuable insights from the public. You will travel to people's homes, walk round communities to conduct face-to-face surveys on a variety of interesting topics. There can be some travelling up to 30 miles and also a high step count.
Responsibilities:
+ Travel to respondent's homes to conduct face-to-face interviews in a professional manner in accordance with our guidelines. You are the face of the company.
+ Explain the survey process and answer any questions respondents may have.
+ Encourage participation and ensure respondents feel comfortable sharing their opinions.
+ Accurately record responses using provided devices.
+ Meet daily targets and maintain high-quality standards.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Must have access to a car and be comfortable with travelling. You will need business car insurance.
+ The role involves a lot of walking so you will need to be able to keep up with this.
+ A friendly and easy to talk to demeanour.
+ The ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life.
+ A reliable and self-motivated individual with strong time management skills.
+ The role is on a casual basis but we do require people who can work a minimum of 12 hours per week which includes evenings and weekends., + No prior experience is necessary! You will be provided with a comprehensive 8-week training program. + Competitive hourly rate: £12 during training, rising to £14.00 - £17.00 per hour upon completion ( This is based on our current panel once they move to performance-based pay after training).
