Job Title: Contract Marketing Admin Assistant

Location:, London Borough of Greenwich

Where: Post-16 College

Hourly Rate: £11 - £16 an hour (depending on experience)

Outstanding Post-16 College is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Admin Assistant for a Monday to Friday position to start immediately!

The successful Marketing Admin Assistant / Admin Assistant will support the marketing department with administrative tasks, assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the college.

  • Proven experience in a marketing admin assistant or Admin Assistant role or similar administrative position.

  • You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or able to pay for a new one immediately.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.

  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.

  • Knowledge of the education sector, particularly post-16 education, is desirable

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining files.

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and events.

  • Coordinate and manage social media content, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.

  • Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

  • Maintain and update the college's website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Conduct market research and analyse data to support marketing strategies.

  • Communicate with external vendors and partners to coordinate marketing activities.

  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for marketing initiatives.

  • Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents regarding marketing-related information.

  • Support the organisation of open days, fairs, and other promotional events.
