Full Job Description

As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things data and analytics that supports optimising marketing campaigns and driving business growth. Your mission - to dive deep into customer data and transform it into insights to supercharge our marketing strategies and customer experience. You'll be the creator behind the scenes, guiding the business to unlock its full potential.

You'll tackle both acquisition and retention initiatives, covering a wide range of direct media channels like direct mail, email and mobile. Your keen eye for detail will be key as you decode briefs from the CRM team and deliver flawless post-campaign analysis. Plus, you'll collaborate with the Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to design A/B tests that reveal the true effectiveness of our campaigns.

Your insight will be the secret power behind key business decisions and growth. You'll help define, build and refine reports using visualisation tools to assist marketing functions. And let's not forget, you'll become a specialist in the Specsavers data landscape.

This role is perfect for someone who loves data, analytics and problems solving. You'll be a numbers whiz with excellent attention to detail and can explain complex ideas clearly. Experience in SQL and ability to structure data for efficient analysis are a must. Join us and be part of a team that's shaping the future of marketing through data-driven decisions.

Up to £48,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits

We offer two bonuses (personal performance paid quarterly and company performance paid annually) with private healthcare and dental cover and a generous pension scheme.

Are you a data guru who loves turning numbers into actionable insight?
