Full Job Description
This role will be working alongside the marketing team at Teemill to help improve the quality and performance of the marketing services we offer our clients, and create stand-out content that resonates with customers. You'll develop an understanding of how to create engaging customer content, build effective ad campaigns, design products, build ecommerce stores, and follow best-practice marketing principles to deliver a best-in-class experience. As an apprentice, you will receive training to fulfil your daily tasks and be supported by your line manager and other members of the team. You will be supported by an external training provider to achieve your qualifications. Responsibilities - Assisting the team with rolling out content to our top tier stores, and the wider platform - Working with our design and CRM teams to help make sure stores look great, and follow ecomm best practice principles. - Monitor and report on the key metrics indicating the engagement of stores, such as weekly active stores, % stores making money and open and click-through rates on newsletters - Working with the content team to help deliver marketing emails and flows & reporting on what is working well. Assist with distributing content across our social media channels - Working with the paid ads team to support them in building out campaigns for our top tier stores. - Keep up to date with the latest trends on social media in the world of e-commerce to be able to communicate these internally, and to our customers.
5 GCSE's grade A
- -C/9-4 including English and Math's, A desire to pursue a career in digital marketing. - A keen curiosity and interest in user experience, design, digital innovation & analytics. - A willingness to learn new skills and get stuck in. - Good problem solving skills. - Enjoys working as part of the team. - Good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
