Full Job Description

  • Craft, design and share engaging content across all platforms (web, socials and events), ensuring consistent engagement and brand reinforcement.

  • Manage our social media activity in collaboration with the creative team.

  • Analyse SEO and web traffic data to inform our content strategy, making informed and insight-led decisions to improve our online visibility.

  • Use marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, providing insights for the creative team and ongoing campaign management.

  • Foster a community of engaged supporters, by developing and interacting with followers and potential prospects - promptly addressing inquiries and managing customer interactions with care.

  • Implement innovative social media and event marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, increase our founder's profiles and build audience loyalty.

  • Lead the production and distribution of engaging blogs and newsletters, curating content that resonates with our audience and supports our marketing goals.

  • Stay at the forefront of design and content trends - ensuring our blogs, newsletters and marketing campaigns are both informative and captivating.

  • Lead our event marketing efforts, from planning to promotion, ensuring events are planned, well attended and followed up to maximise ROI.

  • Collaborate with the management and creative team to create event presentations and workshops that elevate our brand and grow our business.

  • Take charge of ad-hoc strategic projects as directed by your line manager, applying your marketing expertise to drive innovation and growth.

  • Employ project management best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed expectations.

    Calling all ambitious marketing professionals and aspiring change makers - we are looking for a proactive, hard-working, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our diverse team of creative thinkers, designers, writers and illustrators. This role will suit someone with 1-2 years marketing experience, or a recent graduate with proven commercial experience gained through your studies., With a keen eye for marketing and social media trends, and a knack for data analysis, you will help to deliver our marketing activity and ensure that we achieve our strategic objectives. You should have experience with content writing, social media and event marketing, and be comfortable with processing and analysing marketing data., Previous commercial experience as a Marketing Assistant

  • Degree in Marketing or a similar qualification

  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to engage with partners, clients and prospects both on-line and in-person

  • Passion for supporting positive social and environmental change

  • Intermediate design skills with Adobe Creative software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Experience with Social Media data in Google Analytics

  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel, Bachelor's (preferred)


  • Experience:

    This role is being recruited on a part-time basis. The successful applicant will job-share with our current Marketing Assistant for 3.5 days each week. The role is office based and will be located at our incredible London office, which is just off Brick Lane in Shoreditch.
