Full Job Description

  • Together with the IF&R marketing team, supports delivery of the IF&R go to market strategy (including events)
  • Helps with organisation and on the day support of events. Specifically, administration of all events related activity, including assisting with finding and booking venues, acting as the RSVP contact on invitations, responding to external and internal event enquiries in a professional and timely manner, maintains event guests lists, and keeps internal stakeholders regularly updated on RSVP progress.
  • Produces events analysis including collating feedback from guests, ensuring requests for further information are followed up by relevant personnel, collating internal feedback, and producing summary report of statistics.
  • Supports the delivery of campaigns that build the brand aligned to the strategic direction of the firm and that support the growth of our client base through deeper more valuable relationships.
  • Work collaboratively and support your colleagues in driving increased appreciation and awareness of campaigns internally.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager and the wider team in coordinating and executing campaigns, events and BD activities to support the Go to Market strategy
  • Work closely with the BD team to ensure that marketing activity is aligned with the business's growth key targets. Provides support in putting together BD and bid collateral
  • Work with the wider marketing team to provide support on digital marketing activities, event coordination, copywriting, editing and social media.
  • Support the IR&F marketing team in ensuring that all marketing activity is well communicated, and that feedback, performance and ROI are regularly captured.
  • Work collaboratively with the markets and clients team to ensure alignment of message and approach where appropriate
  • Update and maintain the firm's CRM system (InterAction) to ensure all activities and events are recorded appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Provides administrative support around targeting activities, including but not limited to, campaigns, proposals, research, arranging meetings and database maintenance.
  • Competitor monitoring - review of competitor websites and press to enable team to keep abreast of their event and campaign activity.
  • Supports managers, senior executives and other team members workload when appropriate.
  • Develops strong and trusted relationships with internal clients.
