Full Job Description

The Marketing Assistant is an essential role within the Marketing Team providing support for a variety of work streams within the team. This role has the option to be office based or hybrid with some days in the office and some days working from home. Our award winning team covers Marketing, Digital, Email, Content, Comms and PR, so there's plenty of opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of marketing and communications activity.Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for marketing campaigns running throughout the year
  • Update care home listings on our website
  • Maintain and update ongoing updates to our digital portals, updating listings, analysing copy, using best imagery and video
  • Monitor our online reputation and respond to reviews in a kind and sensitive manner
  • Support the Digital and Content Manager to audit our website to check for accuracy and quality of content
  • Support the Marketing Executive to audit and update online portals to ensure accurate copy and using best imagery, stories and video
  • Work with the Marketing Executive and Communications Executive to drive local community engagement and awareness of our homes
  • Support the administration of events, photoshoots and filming opportunities within our homes, including ordering new materials required to support.
  • Support with the collation and creation of key marketing documents that support the promotion of our team and business
  • Monitor and proactively manage stocks and presentation of printed and branded materials and brochures on our website and with our print ordering system, highlighting any requirements for reprints or new materials
  • Support the team to compile monthly reports, data presentation and collation of key enquiry and campaign data
  • Monitor and action the marketing email inboxes to support home and team collateral requests by processing in a timely manner and liaising with team members on any unique requirements
  • Provide general marketing support to the marketing team with ad-hoc projects
  • Have an excellent working relationship with all members of the Marketing and wider team, including our care home team members and Business Development Managers
  • Be an ambassador for our Vision and Values in everything you do

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and excellent organisation skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and keen interest in design
  • Flexible, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload
  • Evidence of ability to work concurrently on a number of different projects, ensuring projects are completed to time
  • Previous experience of working within a similar role is an advantage, but not essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
  • This role will be based in the Wilmslow office with some ability to work from home, but there will be a requirement to travel as and when required
  • Full clean driving licence
