Full Job Description
Want a role where you are speaking to different teams and colleagues daily, building strong relationships and playing a vital role in supporting the Marketing activations team for the Regatta, Dare2B and Regatta Professional brands?, As the Marketing Assistant for the activations team, you'll be a confident communicator and will enjoy speaking with people face to face, finding out how you can support and getting stuck in to get the job done. An essential part of the bigger picture, you will understand the importance of the administrative side of the role and how that feeds into the end strategy for the Marketing team and beyond. It's a fast paced role when you gain a lot of exposure to different teams and roles across the business, an exciting opportunity! Due to the nature of the role, you will need a full UK driving licence, but own car is not essential there will be access to company pool cars if required. The Impact you will have in this role is:
- Timely and appropriate communication with internal and external agencies on campaign assets.
- Assist our marketplace and wholesale online retailers to understand and support individual requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of creative and print briefs for POS and graphics.
- Place orders and negotiate costs for stock POS items.
- Book in and monitor POS and unitary stock.
- Generate barcodes for stock POS items.
- Provide seasonal research on new and exciting retail window concepts.
- Provide support for trade exhibitions where appropriate.
- Provide foreign offices with support on POS rollouts or any other marketing requirements as necessary.
- Assisting in preparation of photoshoots, including styling, ordering stock, props, packing and documentation.
- Attend both studio and location photoshoots where applicable.
- Product sample coordination, including a checklist of when samples were sent out/returned
- All image support on the DAM system, including image uploading, tagging and answering image requests from sales and customers
- All product information managed and interpreted to be consumer-focused
- A consistent, creative approach and brand message across all digital communications for 360° marketing
- Marketplace and wholesale online retailers supported; any individual requirements understood
- Effective communication with internal departments on timelines for shoots and image availability

- A full UK driving licence
- 1 year's marketing experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the outdoor industry, including key trends, target audiences beneficial
- Excellent communication skills.
