Full Job Description

As a Marketing Campaign Assistant, you will play an essential role in the daily operations of our marketing campaigns across a portfolio of key websites, including Tom's Guide, TechRadar, and Marie Claire, among others. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, and website management. Reporting to the Head of Performance, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including product management, content updates, design, and campaign coordination across different marketing channels, including CRM. You will also help plan marketing activities based on seasonality for both the UK and US markets.

What you'll be doing...

  • Campaign Support: Support the coordination of marketing campaigns across the Rewards Portfolio of websites. This includes collaborating with other teams (Editorial, Audience, and eCommerce) to ensure that all elements of the campaign are in place.

  • Seasonal Campaign Planning: Support the planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns for both the UK and US markets, ensuring effective rollouts based on seasonality and market trends.

  • Product Management: Help create and manage new product listings on the websites, including categorization, tagging, and uploading product images. Ensure that product descriptions are accurate, clear, and engaging.

  • Content Management: Assist with the daily upkeep of the website's Homepages and seasonal and category pages, ensuring Images and offers are featured for the dates booked by the commercial team.

  • CRM Channel Support: Provide ad hoc support for CRM activities, such as helping with email marketing campaigns.

    Familiarity with digital marketing principles, CRM marketing.

  • A basic understanding of eCommerce or website administration.

  • Any design/creative suite knowledge.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.

    This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home
