Full Job Description

  • Campaign Coordination: Manage the campaign schedule, identify opportunities, generate ideas, and coordinate the production of digital and print assets. Marketing Support: Ensure all marketing collateral-brochures, travel agent event material, and digital assets for partners and internal teams-are briefed, scheduled, and signed off to meet deadlines. Task Management Communication: Be the main liaison with Studio team to understand new studio requests incoming requests. Always be knowledgeable on the Studio workload, adjusting priorities as needed to meet business requirements. Communication: Keep all teams across the business informed of current campaigns, ensuring they have access to assets and a clear understanding of marketing messages. Performance and Analysis: Work with the Marketing Manager and BI team to track, monitor, and analyse data segments, creative tests, and campaign timings. Brand Management: Assist the Marketing Manager in maintaining consistent brand
  • identities across all channels, including sourcing branded merchandise. Production Scheduling: Lead the production scheduling process, ensuring collateral is produced, tracked, and delivered on time. Communicate progress to the wider marketing team and reprioritize schedules as necessary. Third-Party Suppliers: Serve as a contact for print and digital campaigns, promotions, and brochure creation. Cost Management: Ensure creative testing is costed effectively and manage projects to budget for both acquisition and retention activities Project Management: Ensure marketing activities are planned, communicated across teams, and delivered on time and within budget. Data Management: Liaise with the data team to segment and create targeted, measurable promotions and email campaigns. Regularly ensure the data is clean for efficient campaign execution. Efficiency and Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve team processes to enhance efficiency.,

We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Executive to join our team on a FTC for 6-9 months. The role Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Executives and the Studio team, this role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing company marketing campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to, creative briefing, artwork provision, printing, distribution, advert supply, travel agent collateral, and direct marketing assets. You will play a key role within the Marketing team, managing the day-to-day execution of campaigns and overseeing production schedules within the Studio., Newmarket Holidays is one of the UK's largest independent specialist tour operators.
