Full Job Description
Drugs, alcohol, mental health, prisons, gambling and sexual health... this variety of services we provide gives an insight into why our apprentice role is a great opportunity kickstart your marketing career, and get your foot in the day of a modern NHS organisation.
Completing your training with Stafford College, you will assist with the coordination and delivery of all marketing aspects for Inclusion and its services . This would include digital and traditional marketing, social media, website management, campaigns, public relations and the design of promotional materials.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, be creative, show initiative, have attention to detail and a strong interest in the learning and development of new and existing skills.
Main duties of the job
During your time as an apprentice, you will learn how to engage our audience, as well as looking for innovative ways to reach new and diverse audiences. You will also be involved in creating digital and print marketing materials for both internal and external use, with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva training provided.
Whilst you will work closely alongside the Marketing and Communications Team Manager, you will also need the ability to work independently and focus on the task at hand, whilst contributing to a positive team environment., + Assisting and supporting with all marketing activities across the organisation.
+ Working closely with all Inclusion teams to update promotional materials, whilst meeting all necessary brand guidelines.
+ Assisting and supporting in the planning and execution of campaigns.
+ Assist with updating branded resources such as posters, leaflets, banners, workbooks and more.
+ Assist with copywriting and collating stories for publications such as blogs, press releases, newsletters and reports.
+ Assist with the management of our social media platforms, writing content, collating reports and using digital data to identify how to engage our audience.
+ Work with the wider Inclusion teams as and when needed, offering advice and support on the services and activities they wish to promote.
