The Marketing Communications Coordinator will support the Global Marketing Communications team in executing social media and digital campaigns for clients and recruits, while managing workflow for global social media projects and the Firm's employee advocacy program. This global role involves liaising with stakeholders across the Firm's network and requires strong communication skills, creativity, and adaptability to different personalities and shifting priorities., Marketing Communications Programs

  • Assist Digital Communications Manager and Marketing Communications Specialist with daily social media management, including drafting copy, scheduling, graphic creation, and response handling
  • Support social media and digital campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, AdWords, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the creative services team to develop social media assets (graphics, videos, animations) while advising on best practices
  • Contribute to website content development and maintenance
  • Manage the Firm's employee advocacy program, driving adoption, scheduling content, and ensuring quality control
  • Project Management
  • Coordinate project workflows between requestors, creative services, and social media teams across offices
  • Communicate with internal requestors to clarify project goals, requirements, and revisions.
  • Log and track projects in ServiceNow, assisting with related queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Quantifying and Reporting Results

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications, including project management of integrated campaigns (agency or in-house)
  • Experience with employee advocacy tools is a plus
  • Background in legal or professional services preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to collaborate at all levels
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and strategic thinker who works well both independently and, in a team

Location and Reporting This role will be based in our London office, and will report into the Senior Marketing Communications Manager. Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 3 days in the office per week.
