Your key responsibilities will include using your diverse skill set and project management ability to develop and manage a wide variety of marketing materials from inception to completion. You will also be contributing to our content marketing strategy and helping to generate compelling and strategically relevant web and social media content, managing and driving the creation of engaging internal communications for senior management, coordinating the conception of visual identities for both internal and external events and delivery of associated collateral. You will also be assisting in the development of new brands for our major bid consortiums and portfolio companies in addition to creating and maintaining content resources to support transaction teams in their pitch and marketing activities, including presentation slides., In Macquarie Capital, you'll be part of a team that combines specialist skills, innovative advice and flexible capital solutions to help our clients and partners make opportunity reality. Our global corporate advisory, investing, development and equities capabilities are underpinned by a full spectrum of capital markets solutions and deep sector expertise, with a focus on infrastructure and real assets, technology, software and services, and resources, energy and materials.

  • Ideally have a minimum of two years B2B marketing/communications experience in the financial, infrastructure or professional services sectors, and have obtained an undergraduate degree in a communications or business discipline.
  • excellent written communication skills with creative flair and a theoretical understanding of brand and tone
  • experience managing the production of collateral to tight deadlines and confidence to propose and deliver your ideas, creating engaging, relevant content that aligns with strategic objectives
  • an understanding of design and experience working with graphic designers
  • strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • strong Microsoft Office skills desired, Adobe and InDesign helpful.
