Are you ready to take the reins on a dynamic and impactful role? We're looking for a Marketing Communications Lead to orchestrate the strategy, planning, development, and delivery of communications for the next generation of our product mix for a 12 month FTC! In this exciting position, you'll play a crucial role within a sophisticated programme, guiding everything from strategic positioning to detailed communications planning tailored to specific audience needs. You'll be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless integration across channels and touchpoints while driving ongoing optimisation. This is a collaborative role that requires you to work with multiple squads and channel experts, demonstrating your outstanding communication skills to influence and encourage. You'll delve into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture, ensuring our customers remain at the heart of our efforts and helping to drive commercial success for our business. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the full lifecycle of product marketing management and the ability to work with specialists in their fields to achieve shared outcomes.   • Proven experience in portfolio strategy and positioning
  • Demonstrated expertise in communications planning and roadmap creation
  • Influential and skilled communicator, capable of collaborating effectively with partners across multiple squads while quickly understanding sophisticated problems and providing straightforward solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of all facets of the Marcoms mix, with the ability to bring together the right experts for co-creation and effective delivery
  • Experience working within an Agile environment and managing sophisticated programmes of work, The ability to work effectively with diverse teams and partners across multiple squads, encouraging a cooperative environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills that enable you to encourage, engage, and influence partners at all levels.
  • A strong capacity to see the bigger picture while also diving into the details, allowing you to develop comprehensive communications strategies.
