Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised, experienced Marketing and Communications Manager with an innate understanding of the marketing function in relation to a sales process; specifically responsible for lead generation to ensure the nurturing of students and parents through the process of admissions. You will join a friendly and hard-working Marketing and Admissions team in a sustained programme of student recruitment focusing on Nursery, Prep, Senior and Sixth Form students, including both day and boarding. The post holder will line manage the Marketing and Alumnae Officer, the Marketing and Events Assistant and the Reprographics and Outreach Officer and will oversee our online and offline communication channels, driving content development of the school's website, social media channels, internal communication and running an advertising schedule driving leads and enquiries, and consistent with the school's vision and brand values. You will also work closely to the Director of External Relations to support fundraising and development campaigns, as well as outreach and public benefit activities undertaken by Royal High School Bath - the role of Marketing will be crucial in the development of campaigns and sustained reporting and PR around fundraising activities. This job will involve some out-of-hours work to attend events in the evenings and occasional weekends.
