Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join the Marketing and Admissions team at Royal High Bath. You will play a key role leading the school's marketing and communications strategy, ensuring lead generation and key messaging to deliver a sustained programme of student recruitment for the Nursery, Prep and Senior Schools and the Sixth Form. You will oversee online and offline communications, drive content development for the school's website, social media channels, internal communications and run an advertising and events schedule that will generate leads and enquiries from parents. You will also work closely with the Director of External Relations to support fundraising and development campaigns, as well as outreach and public benefit activities. The role will also involve line management of the Marketing and Alumnae Officer, the Marketing and Events Assistant and the Reprographics and Outreach Officer. About you In addition to your experience in marketing, PR or communications, you will need an innate understanding of marketing functions in relation to sales processes and lead generation. A proven track record of developing and implementing successful PR, marketing and communications plans is essential. Some basic photography/videography and editing skills are also important, as well as experience of using web-based content management systems.
