Full Job Description

As a Marketing & Communications Manager you will play fundamental part of analysing current marketing functions, identifying opportunities for optimisation. A key part of this role is to develop actionable plans to improve performance across various marketing areas, including organisational design, process, and platform improvements. This role involves data analysis, strategy development, and project management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Evaluation & Strategic Planning/Development: Evaluate the current state of marketing performance, identify key levers to increase performance and develop strategies to deliver value for the South Essex Groups and influence brand planning Measure performance: Track the performance of the college marketing efforts and analyse the data to measure the effectiveness of the strategies. Use this information to make data-driven decisions and adjust the marketing plan as needed. Conduct research to understand the target audience, competition,
  • and market trends. This includes analysing customer data, market trends, and competitor behaviour to identify opportunities and challenges.
